Two quokka wine stoppers come dressed as the same waiter twice: hand-painted ABS, a red bow tie at the throat, a white service towel folded over one arm. A black belt sits at the waist. Each figure stands on a red silicone plug, ribbed and tapered so a single plug fits a range of bottle mouths.
Push each one in by the plug rather than the figure. Seating takes a firm press, and the ribs grip once it is down. Still wine and cooking oil keep under them, though carbonated wine is the exception: the pressure works the plug back out overnight. Check the bottle mouth against the plug range in the specs, since anything outside it will not seal.
Dinotaeng paints each figure by hand, so the two will not match exactly: specks, faint seam lines, small bubbles in the surface, slight differences in the printing. The quokka is also sold on its own.

- Hand-wash only. No steel wool or abrasive cleaners. Do not boil for longer than 30 seconds, and do not soak in detergent; both discolor and deform the silicone. Wipe off food residue rather than leaving it to sit, which stains the plug. The silicone picks up dust and lint readily; a damp cloth takes it off. A new one can smell faintly of the material at first, which clears with a few days of air. Keep away from open flame and sharp objects. Separate the figure from the plug only by holding both parts; pulling hard on the figure will detach it. Minor specks, seam lines, small surface bubbles and slight variation in the printing are normal on a hand-painted piece.

What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind. Import duties paid at checkout and shipping are not refunded on returns.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
How does store credit work?
