A pollack in white cotton, scattered with small flowers in red, yellow, pink and blue, a green stem under each, and a single black bead for an eye. A length of twisted white silk thread wraps the middle and runs up to a ring clasp.
The dried pollack bound in silk thread and hung by the door, aengmagi myeongtae (액막이 명태), is still a standard gift at a Korean housewarming or a shop opening. The fish keeps bad luck outside. This one is soft and light, fifteen and a half centimeters nose to tail, so it hangs from a door handle, a hook, a shelf edge or a bag strap.
Cotton body, silk thread at the waist, from lemonbaseball livingclub. The fabric is cut from printed yardage, so the flowers land differently on every fish and no two carry the same arrangement.

We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. Korea Post EMS is 3 to 7 business days in transit. Need it sooner? DHL Express (2 to 4 business days in transit) is available at checkout for $85. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind. Import duties paid at checkout and shipping are not refunded on returns.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
How does store credit work?
