Banchan plates
A Korean dinner arrives all at once, on many small plates. These are chanki (찬기), the dishes banchan (반찬) is served on: Mujagi's white porcelain flowers, numbered by petal count, Insoil's iron-dotted Blooming plates, Fine Rose bowls painted by hand. Most hold a few bites of one thing.
