The Hin pebble plate follows a soft, irregular oval, with a rim that rises and dips instead of closing into a circle. Hin takes its name from an old Hebrew word for a jug and a measure of liquid. Across the collection, asymmetrical curves overlap like poured lines. Stone white and soil beige keep the form quiet; deep brown gives it more weight.

The small, fifteen centimeters wide, holds banchan, Korean side dishes served around the main. The medium takes a sandwich. Both sizes leave enough open rim for the plate's uneven outline to remain visible beneath the food.

Nuri Lee throws and glazes every plate by hand, finishing the ceramic with a matte surface. The rim and depth of color shift slightly between pieces. Iron oxide specks and small marks on the unglazed base come from the firing, not a defect.
