Two pairs of open-toe house mules in microfiber, each in whichever colorway and size you choose. The four are cut identically and differ only in what is embroidered on the strap: a keyhole and crossed keys, a purple flower, a blue one, a hotel room number. Inside each is a high-density memory-foam insole moulded to the curve of a foot; the sole runs about 3.5cm thick and is finished in a non-slip material.
Two sizes. Medium fits a foot of roughly 220–260mm, Large 260–285mm. The microfiber pile is soft enough to wear barefoot, and warm. That 3.5cm of foam absorbs the shock of a footfall, and the sound of it.
Wipe marks off with a damp cloth or under running water. If they need a full wash, hand-wash in cold water — never in a machine. Dry flat in the shade, and give the foam time to dry through before wearing. Snags happen with a pile this fine: cut the loop with scissors rather than pulling it.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties and import taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. Korea Post EMS is 3 to 7 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; customs duties and the $25 shipping fee (on orders under $150) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
How does store credit work?
Every order earns 5% of the subtotal back as store credit, added to your account once your order ships. It applies automatically at checkout and stays valid for 6 months.
