The upper is looped terry cotton, so the top of the foot rests on soft pile instead of a flat woven surface. The terry runs across the footbed too. Under it sits twelve millimeters of high-density foam, dense enough to stay springy where most room slippers go hard and thin. In two colorways (Gray, a solid heathered terry, and Stripe, a cream ground with slim charcoal lines).
The foam absorbs each step, and the closed upper covers the instep rather than leaving it open. The sole is a smooth leather-look finish with moderate grip. Because the upper and footbed are terry cotton, they take a hand wash, which almost no cushioned room slipper will survive. Sizes run in Korean shoe sizing rather than foot length, so read the ladder in the specs instead of measuring a foot.

We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. Korea Post EMS is 3 to 7 business days in transit. Need it sooner? DHL Express (2 to 4 business days in transit) is available at checkout for $85. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind. Import duties paid at checkout and shipping are not refunded on returns.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
How does store credit work?
