Slit is a wall clock built from three circular discs stacked one on top of the next, each turned slightly smaller than the one beneath it, so the face reads as a set of nested rings. The name is the thin recessed line where the tiers step down, the slit that sets one ring off from the one below. The dial sits on the top disc, marked only at the quarter hours, with slim gold hands the one break in the form.
FIABA works it in 1.6mm steel finished with powder coating, so the surface holds a soft, even color rather than a hard gloss. The hands are a thin brass line across the middle, and even the shallow build is part of the idea: the whole clock is only 35mm deep, so it sits almost flush and reads more like a disc drawn onto the wall than an object hung on it.
It comes in three colors: rich white, a clean bright white; sand cream, a warm neutral off-white; and fine green, a dense pine that acts as the color note in a room. At 330 by 330mm it holds a wide stretch of wall without crowding it. Keep it out of direct sun and away from heat, set the time with the rear lever rather than by moving the hands so they stay true, and wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth.
It has some weight to it, so hang it from a drilled wall anchor or a picture rail rather than a single adhesive hook.
Because the coating is powder-applied over layered parts, you may see faint texture in the finish or a small mark where the rings overlap. That is how the process settles, not a flaw.

No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties and import taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. Korea Post EMS is 3 to 7 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; customs duties and the $25 shipping fee (on orders under $150) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
How does store credit work?
