A soft round pencil case. The outer is a cotton-poly blend (85% cotton, 15% polyester) without padding or quilting, so the case keeps a soft, unstructured shape rather than holding its form rigidly. A single zipper runs along the top with a silver round slider embossed 'Clam', and a small 'Clam' woven label sits at the zipper end.
Holds more than a flat pencil case (pens, a small ruler, markers all fit), with room for items up to 16 centimeters lying straight.
The round form is sewn from a flat pattern, so the side seams sit slightly off-center from the zipper, and the side flaps may overlap where they meet. Clam doesn't trim the asymmetry.

- Spot clean with neutral detergent in lukewarm water. If a full wash is needed, use a laundry net and wash alone. Dry flat in shade. No bleach, no tumble dry.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties and import taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. Korea Post EMS is 3 to 7 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; customs duties and the $25 shipping fee (on orders under $150) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
How does store credit work?
Every order earns 5% of the subtotal back as store credit, added to your account once your order ships. It applies automatically at checkout and stays valid for 6 months.
