A quokka in a waiter's bow tie, in hand-painted ABS, standing on the plug of a wine stopper. It carries a white service towel folded over one arm and wears a black belt at the waist, details that only register at close range on a figure 70 mm tall. Below it the plug is red silicone, ribbed and tapered across 15 to 30 mm.
Push it in by the plug rather than the figure; seating takes a firm press, and the ribs grip once it is down. Check the mouth of the bottle first, since anything outside the 15 to 30 mm range will not seal. Still wine, cooking wine and oil bottles all keep under it. Carbonated wine is the exception: the pressure works the plug back out overnight. The figure alone is 70 mm and stands above the neck, enough that a stoppered bottle can stop clearing a fridge shelf. Hand-wash only.

- Hand-wash only. No steel wool or abrasive cleaners. Do not boil for longer than 30 seconds, and do not soak in detergent; both discolor and deform the silicone. Wipe off food residue rather than leaving it to sit, which stains the plug. The silicone picks up dust and lint readily; a damp cloth takes it off. A new one can smell faintly of the material at first, which clears with a few days of air. Keep away from open flame and sharp objects. Separate the figure from the plug only by holding both parts; pulling hard on the figure will detach it. Minor specks, seam lines, small surface bubbles and slight variation in the printing are normal on a hand-painted piece.

No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties and import taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. Korea Post EMS is 3 to 7 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; customs duties and the $25 shipping fee (on orders under $150) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
How does store credit work?
Every order earns 5% of the subtotal back as store credit, added to your account once your order ships. It applies automatically at checkout and stays valid for 6 months.
