Mandarin is a wall clock built from three half-moons stacked into a single silhouette. The repetition is the whole idea: the same curve, three times over, with the dial set into the middle tier and slim gold hands the only break in the form.
FIABA works it in 1.5mm steel finished with powder coating, so the surface holds a soft, even sheen rather than a flat matte. The face is marked only at 12, 3, 6 and 9, kept small against the proportions of the body, and even the lever on the back that sets the time is cut to the same half-moon shape.
It comes in two colors: sand cream, a warm off-white, and chocolate brown, the darker note against wood tones. At 220 by 295mm and 50mm deep, it carries enough depth to hold a wall without crowding it. Keep it out of direct sun and away from heat, set the time with the rear lever rather than by moving the hands so they stay true, and wipe the surface with a soft dry cloth.
Because the coating is powder-applied over layered parts, you may see faint texture in the finish or a hairline where the half-moons overlap. That is how the process settles, not a flaw.

No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties and import taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. Korea Post EMS is 3 to 7 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; customs duties and the $25 shipping fee (on orders under $150) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
How does store credit work?
Every order earns 5% of the subtotal back as store credit, added to your account once your order ships. It applies automatically at checkout and stays valid for 6 months.
