Two formats, both made from the same Egyptian loofah. The Hand version (12 × 17 cm) has a cotton strap across the back and cotton trim around the edge, sized to fit one hand securely. The Sponge version (15 × 13 cm) is cut straight from a whole gourd with no cotton at all, which is why it dries the fastest. Egyptian loofah is denser and larger than the Asian variety used in most loofahs, which is why Mandisa works with it. The dark flecks inside are loofah seeds. Mandisa shakes most of them out by hand during processing, but a few always remain, and they're harmless. Each is sold as a set of two of the same format.
Both ship compressed and feel stiff when dry. Soak in warm water for at least five minutes before the first use, and the loofah expands and softens as it absorbs water. After that, it firms up between uses but rehydrates the moment it gets wet. Lather body wash directly into the loofah and scrub. Rinse thoroughly, squeeze out the water, and hang to dry in a ventilated spot.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties and import taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. Korea Post EMS is 3 to 7 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; customs duties and the $25 shipping fee (on orders under $150) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
How does store credit work?
Every order earns 5% of the subtotal back as store credit, added to your account once your order ships. It applies automatically at checkout and stays valid for 6 months.
