The mugs come as a pair — choose one of each color, two reds, or two blues — in white fine bone china with the hand-painted rose pattern, a colored rim and handle in red or blue. Each holds 250ml, a straight-sided everyday size about 8cm tall, and they stack.
Fine Rose is Hankook's collaboration with Sienne, a Seoul fashion label. It takes the imperial rose — the 1968 pattern that made Hankook's name — and reworks it in the vintage, romantic mood Sienne is known for.
Each mug is hand-painted, so the roses vary from one to the next. Brush marks, a little pooling in the glaze, and the occasional dark fleck — iron in the clay surfacing during firing — are part of how it's made, not flaws.
Like the rest of the Fine Rose line, it's tested lead- and cadmium-free by KICET, the Korea Institute of Ceramic Engineering and Technology.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All applicable duties and taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. DHL Express is 1 to 5 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; duties and the $40 shipping fee (on orders under $250) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
