These mugs come as a pair in white fine bone china. Choose red and blue together, or match the pair in either color. A hand-painted rose covers each straight-sided mug, with the rim and handle picking up its color. Two come to a set.
Fine Rose is Hankook's collaboration with Sienne, a Seoul fashion label. The line reworks Hankook's 1968 imperial rose pattern in Sienne's vintage, romantic mood. The mugs stack, and KICET has tested them lead- and cadmium-free.
Each mug is hand-painted, so the roses vary. Brush marks and slight pooling in the glaze are part of how it is made.

We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. Korea Post EMS is 3 to 7 business days in transit. Need it sooner? DHL Express (2 to 4 business days in transit) is available at checkout for $85. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind. Import duties paid at checkout and shipping are not refunded on returns.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
How does store credit work?
Every order earns 5% of the subtotal back as store credit, added to your account once your order ships. It applies automatically at checkout and stays valid for 6 months.
