The set has three pieces in semi-matte white. The mugs are built from convex petal-curves running base to rim, opening into a flared top edge; the side plate is flat with a scalloped, plant-like silhouette. Iron-oxide dots scatter across the surfaces, placed differently on every piece, so no two cups in the same set match exactly. The mugs hold 360ml each (94mm at the rim, 125mm tall) with a rounded handle sized for one hand; the plate is 153mm across and 25mm high, sized for a piece of cake or a few biscuits.
The set works for coffee, tea, or a small dessert hour for two. Both microwave- and dishwasher-safe; use wood cutlery rather than metal to keep the matte glaze unscratched.
Each piece is hand-formed and hand-glazed, so minor variation is part of the work: pinholes from gas escaping during firing, occasional glaze drip lines, glazing-tong marks, and differences in dot pattern, sheen, and texture between pieces.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties and import taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. Korea Post EMS is 3 to 7 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; customs duties and the $25 shipping fee (on orders under $150) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
How does store credit work?
Every order earns 5% of the subtotal back as store credit, added to your account once your order ships. It applies automatically at checkout and stays valid for 6 months.
