The Ball Library is a tissue case in powder-coated steel: a colored outer shell, a drawer that pulls out in a contrasting color, and a small ball for a knob. The knob is a powder-coated aluminum ball rather than the wooden bead these usually get, which is what lets its color read glossy and even instead of muddy. Woody:D welds and coats each piece to order in Korea.
The drawer slides out to hold a refill sleeve of tissues, then pushes back so sheets feed up through the slot on top. It fits standard refill tissue and measures 250 by 120 by 80 mm. The ball ships separately with its bolt, so you screw it on before first use. Wipe the metal with a dry or barely damp cloth. Each colorway is listed as body / drawer / ball.
Because every case is welded and powder-coated to order, small process marks come with the object rather than counting as flaws: assembly holes for the ball and bolt, faint bubbles or bare spots along a welded seam, an unpainted edge in a tight corner, and a little play between body and drawer. On a hand-finished metal object these read as making marks, not defects.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties and import taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. Korea Post EMS is 3 to 7 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; customs duties and the $25 shipping fee (on orders under $150) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
How does store credit work?
Every order earns 5% of the subtotal back as store credit, added to your account once your order ships. It applies automatically at checkout and stays valid for 6 months.
