Tito is a utensil holder with a bucket silhouette — a wide, slightly flared mouth that narrows through the waist and steps out again at the foot. It's slip-cast in matte ceramic, and the glaze is applied by hand, so faint drip lines and a soft seam from the mold are part of each piece.
The long size stands 170mm tall with a 105mm mouth — deep enough to hold cooking tools like ladles, whisks, and spatulas upright. Two small drainage holes in the base let water run out, so it can hold just-washed tools beside the sink without pooling. Microwave- and dishwasher-safe; the base is left unglazed as bare clay and can feel slightly rough where it meets the counter. Available in bone white and peanut beige.

No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties and import taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. Korea Post EMS is 3 to 7 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; customs duties and the $25 shipping fee (on orders under $150) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
How does store credit work?
Every order earns 5% of the subtotal back as store credit, added to your account once your order ships. It applies automatically at checkout and stays valid for 6 months.
