The set pairs the round pouch — 15 × 14cm, a 100% cotton outer — with the round pencil case — 18.5 × 7 × 6cm, an 85% cotton, 15% polyester outer. Neither is padded or quilted, so both keep a soft, unstructured shape that settles around whatever is inside. Both are sewn from a flat pattern, so the side seams sit slightly off-center from the zipper and the side flaps may overlap where they meet. Clam doesn't trim the asymmetry.
The pouch fits the small things needed on the way out — a lipstick, a cushion compact, sanitary pads. The pencil case holds pens, a small ruler, and markers, with room for items up to 16 centimeters lying straight. Choose a color for each.

- Spot clean with neutral detergent in lukewarm water. If a full wash is needed, use a laundry net and wash alone. Dry flat in shade. No bleach, no tumble dry.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All applicable duties and taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. DHL Express is 1 to 5 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; duties and the $40 shipping fee (on orders under $250) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
