The Daybreaker Note opens with exposed-spine stitching that lays flat at any spread, even on the first or last page. Inside, 192 pages of M Signature paper take fountain pen ink without bleeding through. The cover is uncoated, takes hand-mixed ink in one of two colors, and carries a small embossed bird on the front.
In two sizes: A5 (148 × 210mm) suits transcription, longer journaling, and reading notes; A6 (105 × 148mm) fits in one hand and takes shorter thoughts, daily entries, and small drawings. Each set ships as a pair, ruled inside with 7mm line spacing, with the two cover colors chosen at checkout.
The two colors carry quiet titles: Sunshine green (잔디는 햇볕에 반짝이고 — grass glints in sunlight), Mist gray (하늘은 흐르고 — sky flows), and Sand blue (모래는 파도의 시간을 쌓아갑니다 — sand piles up the time of waves).
Each notebook is hand-bound and hand-finished, so visible variation is part of the work: the exposed stitching may not be perfectly even, some binding glue may transfer onto the cover, and on roughly the first 16 pages the dyed spine edge may show as a soft band along the inner margin. The cover is uncoated, so water and lotion can leave marks; keep dry hands when handling. Cover ink is mixed by hand in small batches, and the depth of color varies slightly from book to book.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties and import taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. Korea Post EMS is 3 to 7 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; customs duties and the $25 shipping fee (on orders under $150) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
How does store credit work?
Every order earns 5% of the subtotal back as store credit, added to your account once your order ships. It applies automatically at checkout and stays valid for 6 months.
