A small lidded box turned to look like a cupcake: a tapered base for the wrapper, a domed lid for the frosting, and a turned cherry set on top. The base, dome, and cherry are each cut from a different wood — cherry, maple, and walnut — so the color steps from layer to layer.
Each one is turned and assembled by hand, then finished in plain oil. The oil leaves the grain open and matte; this is the object version, made to be looked at and handled rather than coated for food.
The lid lifts off to a shallow round well, about 80mm across and 35mm deep — room for rings, clips, or a few small things on a desk or shelf. It stands roughly 140mm to the cherry and 105mm wide.
This is a handmade, made-to-order piece, turned after you order and shipped within ten business days. Because each one is worked from natural wood by hand, the color, grain, and exact shape vary from piece to piece; that variation is the object, not a flaw.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties and import taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. Korea Post EMS is 3 to 7 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; customs duties and the $25 shipping fee (on orders under $150) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
How does store credit work?
Every order earns 5% of the subtotal back as store credit, added to your account once your order ships. It applies automatically at checkout and stays valid for 6 months.
