Two characters out of Dinotaeng's Marshville, molded onto the top of a working ball pen. Quokka takes the red barrel: blue pointed hood with a red pom, red sweater, a small white mug held in both paws. Hatty takes the dark green one, sitting on a red sled with a tiny pointed hat on his head. Press the button and the figure moves with the click. Quokka raises the mug to drink, Hatty's hat springs up off his head. The movement runs off the same click that puts the nib down, so it is small and repeatable rather than a separate wind-up.
Black oil-based ink, 0.8mm point, thin enough for notes and thick enough to sign with. The figure sits above the barrel so the pen is slightly top-heavy in the hand, and the button is firm by design because it is doing two jobs at once. Each pen arrives in its own clear box with a printed Marshville snow scene behind it. Refills are not sold separately. Recommended for ages 14 and up.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties and import taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. Korea Post EMS is 3 to 7 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; customs duties and the $25 shipping fee (on orders under $150) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
How does store credit work?
Every order earns 5% of the subtotal back as store credit, added to your account once your order ships. It applies automatically at checkout and stays valid for 6 months.
