The City Boys daypack is Sweetch's everything-bag: a roomy, lightly padded backpack with a dedicated sleeve for a 16-inch laptop and a separate inner pocket sized to an 11-inch iPad.
It's built around parts chosen to last — a YKK zipper, Woojin Plastic hardware, a nylon shell over polyester wadding that holds its shape. Two front zip pockets and two side pockets, one cinched with a drawcord, hold the things you reach for; a padded back panel and shoulder straps spread the load, and a chest strap keeps the straps from sliding off. The lining is cobalt blue, a small surprise against the matte exterior.
At 33.5 × 45 × 16.5 cm and 730g, it carries a full day or a carry-on's worth — laptop, tablet, tumbler, a book, a light layer — and stays comfortable loaded. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties and import taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. Korea Post EMS is 3 to 7 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; customs duties and the $25 shipping fee (on orders under $150) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
How does store credit work?
Every order earns 5% of the subtotal back as store credit, added to your account once your order ships. It applies automatically at checkout and stays valid for 6 months.
