A floor mat in ivory, scattered with small sky-blue camellias. The flowers are tufted into the pile rather than printed onto it, standing in the same yarn as the ground, so the pattern carries a slight relief you can feel underfoot. Nomia grades the pile t5, the softest and longest of the five grades on their touch guide. The underside is dotted with non-slip backing.
Two sizes. The small mat is 40 × 60cm, the size that sits in front of a bathroom sink or steps out of a tub. The medium is 50 × 140cm, a runner: long enough to cover the stretch of kitchen floor between the sink and the stove, where you stand longest. Nomia has the mat tested by KATRI, the Korea Apparel Testing & Research Institute: no formaldehyde detected, pH and arylamine both inside the safe range — worth knowing about something you stand on barefoot. Hand washing is what Nomia recommends; a machine is possible with care. The set option pairs the two sizes together at less than they cost apart.

- Vacuum with the brush head removed, on moderate suction — a brush damages a pile this long.
Washable, but hand washing is what Nomia recommends. In a machine: cold water, a neutral detergent, a gentle or wool cycle, alone and inside a laundry net. No dryer — it can damage the pile, so air-dry. No bleach, no fabric softener, no ironing, no steam, no dry cleaning.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties and import taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. Korea Post EMS is 3 to 7 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; customs duties and the $25 shipping fee (on orders under $150) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
How does store credit work?
Every order earns 5% of the subtotal back as store credit, added to your account once your order ships. It applies automatically at checkout and stays valid for 6 months.
