Two pairs of open-backed room slippers in cotton terry, the looped pile of a bath towel, with a wide upper that holds the instep so the slipper follows your foot instead of slapping behind it. 1401HOME spent two years sampling the footbed and landed on 12 mm of high-density foam: soft enough to round off each step on a hard floor, dense enough not to pack flat under a heel.
Each pair is chosen separately on this page, so a set can be two of the same or one of each. In cream the pile is 80 percent cotton; in navy, 60. Navy hides marks but picks up lint sooner. Sizes run roomy: S fits feet of 220–240 mm (about US women’s 5–7.5), M 245–255 mm (US women’s 8–9 or men’s 6.5–7.5), L 260–285 mm (US men’s 8–11.5). Between sizes, size down. Both pairs ship in one box, each with a paper frame inside that holds the shape in transit; pull them out before the first wear.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties and import taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. Korea Post EMS is 3 to 7 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; customs duties and the $25 shipping fee (on orders under $150) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
How does store credit work?
Every order earns 5% of the subtotal back as store credit, added to your account once your order ships. It applies automatically at checkout and stays valid for 6 months.
