A rectangular textile mat in a dense imported polyester with a knit-like texture and the weight of a small cotton rug. It measures 16 × 11.5cm including the 1.5cm tassels at each end, sized to take a cup and saucer. In four colors (Ivory, Marigold, Forest, and Delphinium), each reading as a solid but mixing two or three closely-toned threads in subtle gradient. Each set is two coasters; choose a color for each, the same or two different.
Suitable for a single mug, a cup and saucer, or a small dessert pairing. The fabric's weight keeps it in place; the tassels add a small detail readable from across the table.
Each piece is sewn by hand, so the stitching can run a little uneven from one to the next.

- Hand-wash separately in cool water with a mild detergent; skip bleach, the dryer, and any long soak. Air-dry with a gentle spin and wipe off spills as they happen. If you need to iron, use a cloth between the iron and the fabric at low heat.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All applicable duties and taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. DHL Express is 1 to 5 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; duties and the $40 shipping fee (on orders under $250) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
