The pair opens at the toe, a house mule in rose-pink microfiber. The motif is split across the two shoes: a heart with a keyhole punched through it on one, two crossed keys on the other, both embroidered. A small nomia label sits on the footbed inside a scrolled border, the way a hotel prints its name on the slippers. Two sizes.
The insole is high-density memory foam, moulded to the curve of a foot with a raised arch and a ridge behind the toes, and it takes an impression of the wearer over the first weeks. The pile is soft enough to wear barefoot, and warm. The foam runs about 3.5cm thick and absorbs the shock of a footfall.
Nomia makes them in Korea. The sole is finished in a non-slip material, and the pile is fine enough that a loop will catch on a rough edge sooner or later.

- Wipe with a damp cloth or rinse under running water. Hand-wash in cold water only — no machine washing. Dry flat in the shade and let the memory foam dry through before wearing. Snip any snagged loop with scissors; do not pull it.

What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind. Import duties paid at checkout and shipping are not refunded on returns.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
How does store credit work?
