A flat quilted pencil case in two colors, cream and black. The outer is a heavyweight 100s pigment-dyed cotton, quilted in horizontal channels. The lining is 100% polyester. A single silver oval zipper slider embossed with "Clam" runs along the top edge, and a small woven "Clam" label sits on the lower corner.
Holds about ten pens or pencils lying flat, with room for items up to 19 centimeters in length. The flat profile slides into a notebook or alongside a laptop sleeve in a bag without bulking it up. At 26 grams, it disappears in a bag. Machine-washable on a gentle cycle; the quilted face softens with washes.
The 100s pigment cotton is woven from a lightly processed yarn, so small dark flecks of cotton seed remain in the cloth. They show more visibly in the cream than in the darker colors. Clam doesn't bleach them out.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties and import taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. Korea Post EMS is 3 to 7 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; customs duties and the $25 shipping fee (on orders under $150) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
How does store credit work?
Every order earns 5% of the subtotal back as store credit, added to your account once your order ships. It applies automatically at checkout and stays valid for 6 months.
