A quilted laptop and tablet case in three sizes (11, 13, and 15 inches). The outer is a heavyweight 100s pigment-dyed cotton, quilted in horizontal channels. Inside, a 10mm high-density foam panel sits between the quilted face and a 3mm microfiber lining. Two zipper sliders run on each case, so it opens from either end. The 11-inch includes a sewn-in elastic band sized for a stylus or pen.
The 11-inch is cut close to a tablet screen, and Clam recommends going up one size if the tablet has a case. The 13- and 15-inch run larger, with room for a charger and a mouse alongside the device. Machine-washable on a gentle cycle; the quilted face softens with washes without losing the panel inside.
The 100s pigment cotton is woven from a lightly processed yarn, so small dark flecks of cotton seed remain in the cloth. They show more visibly in the cream than in the darker colors. Clam doesn't bleach them out.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All applicable duties and taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. DHL Express is 1 to 5 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; duties and the $40 shipping fee (on orders under $250) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
