Case
The case is a clear MagSafe-compatible iPhone and Galaxy shell carrying the pink dolphin watercolor print across the back. The illustration runs in horizontal bands of pale blue and dusty pink with small dolphin shapes painted across in watercolor, UV-printed onto a clear hard back with clear flexible sides. Magnets are embedded inside the back panel, and the MagSafe magnet ring shows faintly through the clear back without disturbing the print.
Wallet
The wallet is a card slot in clear plastic, carrying the same pink dolphin print as the case. Cards sit behind the slot's front panel, visible through the illustration. The slot magnets onto any MagSafe-compatible case behind it (including muse mood's own pink dolphin case). The wallet attaches to any MagSafe-compatible case regardless of phone model, and does not adhere to regular non-MagSafe cases. Used together, the case and wallet take the place of a separate wallet.
UV printing sits the design on the surface of the shell rather than embedded into the material. Alcohol, removers, and sharp objects can lift or scratch the print over time, and small noise, faint lines, or minor color shifts between batches are part of the medium. On the case, the hard back and flexible sides are joined from different materials and may separate slightly over time, which is part of the construction rather than a defect.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All applicable duties and taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. DHL Express is 1 to 5 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; duties and the $40 shipping fee (on orders under $250) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
