From Odense's Nu-Frame line, this is the glossy Éclat edition — éclat is French for radiance, and Odense themes it on Belle Époque salons and the daylight that fell through their glass roofs.
Each cup is fluted in shallow vertical ridges from base to rim, with a handle sculpted into a soft outward wave rather than a plain loop, wide enough that all four fingers fit. The glaze is meant to flow as it fires, so it pools and runs a little differently on every cup, sitting glossy over the ridges and catching light along each groove.
Holds 420ml filled to the brim — the larger end of everyday mug sizes, a full iced americano or a generous tea. Microwave- and dishwasher-safe; the oven is for warming only, not cooking. Avoid sudden temperature swings and hard knocks. Every order is a pair of two mugs, in the colorway you choose: White + White is two white cups, Blue + Blue two blue, and White + Blue one of each. The white is a clean even gloss; the blue a soft, muted tone.

- Microwave- and dishwasher-safe. The oven is for warming only (3–4 minutes), not for cooking, and not for ovens with a bottom heating element. Avoid thermal shock: don't move a hot cup straight into cold water, and don't freeze it with liquid inside. Avoid hard impacts; if the glaze cracks from a knock, stop using that cup in the microwave or oven. Clean with a soft sponge rather than a steel scrubber, and don't let the cups knock together. Glazed ceramic finished by hand, so variation in color, glaze pooling and flow, fine pinholes, and slight differences between the two cups are natural, not defects.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties and import taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. Korea Post EMS is 3 to 7 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; customs duties and the $25 shipping fee (on orders under $150) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
How does store credit work?
Every order earns 5% of the subtotal back as store credit, added to your account once your order ships. It applies automatically at checkout and stays valid for 6 months.
