A long, ribbed bathrobe with a shawl collar, two side pockets, and a self-tied belt. The belt has two loop positions, above and below the natural waist, so the tie can sit where it works for your body. The outer fabric is 100% micro fiber, woven for a soft, dense pile; the lining is 100% cotton for breathability against skin. 320 GSM throughout, the kind of weight you feel in good hotel robes. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, with no optical brighteners. Two sizes: S/M (length 117 cm) and L/XL (length 125 cm).
The dual construction dries faster after a wash than an all-cotton terry robe, since only the lining holds water deep in the fiber. Some shrinkage in the cotton lining is normal over time, up to about five percent.
Wash separately for the first one to three cycles to release loose fibers. After that, machine wash hot with mild detergent, in a load of robes or towels alone. Skip fabric softener; it coats the fibers and dulls the cotton lining's absorbency. Skip bleach. Tumble dry on a normal cycle.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All applicable duties and taxes are built into the product price, so your parcel arrives with nothing more to pay.
How long until it arrives?
We need 1 to 5 business days to confirm with the studio and prepare your order. DHL Express is 1 to 5 business days in transit. Made-to-order pieces take 5 to 10 business days to prepare; we note this on the product page.
What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Email contact@shopsoodam.com for a return authorization first. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind; duties and the $40 shipping fee (on orders under $250) are non-refundable.
What if it arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email contact@shopsoodam.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. After that we'll try, but we forward orders to studios in Korea within 24 hours, so it depends on whether preparation has started. Email contact@shopsoodam.com right away.
