Mujagi designed it with Kim Hee-eun and Yoon Dae-hyun, the chefs at Soul Dining, a Korean restaurant listed in the Michelin Guide Seoul that cooks from mountain and sea ingredients. The form is that landscape at 93mm across, and it is the first piece Mujagi released under Archiving, the line they use for objects with a story attached.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003csection class=\"description\"\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e93 × 42mm, 15mm at the tallest peak, 31g each, in matte \u003cem\u003ebaekja\u003c\/em\u003e (백자), the Korean white porcelain. Mujagi makes this one in matte only. The notch is cut deep enough that chopsticks stay put instead of rolling off, and the dish takes a pinch of flaky salt or a dab of wasabi as easily as it takes a teaspoon. Stainless cutlery can leave grey marks on a matte glaze that normal washing will not lift, so brass, wood, or silicone is the safer pairing. Dishwasher safe. Not for the oven.
