The studio designs from the quiet satisfactions of an ordinary day, often framing the work as questions: what it might feel like to drink the moon, what it would be to start a morning with a quiet vessel shaped from nature.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe set brings together all three side dish plates in the Blooming line, one of each form. Each is a shallow round dish, between 145 and 153mm across, shaped at the moment a flower opens rather than the bloom itself: 01 rises into three soft leaf-lobes; 02 opens into broader, fuller petals; 03 gathers into a dense ring of fine flutes, like a chrysanthemum. All three carry the semi-matte white glaze scattered with brown iron-oxide dots that surface during the 1,250°C firing, set differently on every piece.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003csection class=\"description\"\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach plate is sized for a side of side dishes, a slice of cake, or the fruit at the end of a meal, reading equally as an appetizer or dessert plate; together they set three small dishes for a table, or layer one place setting. Both clay and glaze are tested cadmium- and lead-free by KICET, the Korea Institute of Ceramic Engineering and Technology.
